Like I said - there's a recommendation for the confirmed Palesinian deaths to be prosecuted but not uncorrorated ones on the other side because prosecutions have to proceed from a prima facie case.

(as carp wisely suggested) killing people was only getting NEGATIVE Attention, and if they couldn't be dissuaded from acts of violence to gain worldwide attention, then at least they should stop extreme acts, such as suicide bombings of restaurants and buses etc. >THEY HAVE<
The unguided missiles are designed to disrupt life for the Israeli's as much as possible, with a minimum of deaths... (although as we've seen accidents do happen) at least until Israel recognizes THEIR 'right to exist' and the Peace process finally moves toward the long sought after Two State Solution with secure borders for BOTH States.
