After all with that many apps how do you stand out ?

Yup. these days you pretty much need to know the exact name of the app to find it easily on the app store. I've found it easier to find an app on the iPhone's App Store than on iTunes' App Store, because generally the one I'm looking for comes out near the top of a list instead of somewhere on a big page of apps.
