i rented the wrestler to watch on my 5th generation video iPod. i just went to transfer it to the iPod when i found out that this isn't possible. huh? why have a video iPod if they won't let me play the videos i rent from them on it?
so, my other option is to use my iPhone. i am worried about my iPhone battery, though. i get to Denver at lunch time so i'd hate to have a phone that doesn't work for much of the day. anyone have experience watching a movie for an hour and a half or more?
p.s. if i had known it wasn't going to work on my iPod i wouldn't have wasted my money on it.
You need to buy it to get the iPod version option, they do mention that on the front page of the movie section, at the top of the page. Doh.
Better off to rent the DVD, use MTR or handbrake to copy it, and do what you want with it. You need an AppleTV to watch the Apple movies on TV, too limiting.
Um, why not plug the iPhone charger in while you're on your flight? Aren't there mains sockets on your plane?
not on the Northwest jets i was on.
John, it's not okay to rip, but the way i view it is that i've checked it out of the library for free (so the content creator isn't making money off of me regardless) and i watch it one time and then delete it. but it's still not okay; rather, it just feels more okay. ;~)
