People are always nice to him (except in large crowds, of course)."<br><br>when dubya came here the day after the state of the union, they had the people protesting so far back that dubya was not able to see them or hear them. security is one thing, but this went well beyond that. i remember being 50 feet away from reagan and mondale in kansas city. additionally, they only gave tickets to the republican party for this huge auditorium where he spoke...my guess is that he rarely sees a large crowd that isn't nice...i don't think he is allowed to see/hear dissenting opinions. pretty sad.<br><br>[color:blue] -sean</font color=blue>
