When I was standing in the Cambridge Galleria Apple Store waiting for my paperwork to transfer my trade up on my new tower I was literally being mowed over by the mass of costumers climbing over the Apple employees.
I mentioned to my Apple Business Specialist that the economy was in the toilet and he said, "maybe out there but not in here." He was acting like a Logan air traffic controller with the boxes heading out the door.
My old "One to One" instructor said they only had 4 instructors at his store. They were booked SOLID and some Apple users were complaining they couldn't get lessons in a timely manner ! Apple didn't want to hire more, but they were VERY busy !!
