With the update of Mac OS X 10.5.6, users are finding a variety of new issues ranging from cookie problems (e.g., not being able to stay logged in on web sites), to the system hanging, applications not be able to even Force Quit and more.
What's your experience?

I only recently got with the program and moved on up from Tiger. I'm not sorry I missed the earlier versions of Leopard (problems with Creative Suite, specifically InDesign) ~ But 10.5.6 is a rock (and now plays very well with Adobe, thank you, whoever worked all that out).
Disclaimer: Being a MacBabe doesn't make me as smart as a lot of the heavy hitters here, but I've more than paid my dues with time in LeTrenches.

Since the update, my airport connexion has started unexpectedly going away, and the only thing that will restore it is a restart. But then with so many apps and whatnot, who knows what's causing it? I get a 7-10% kernel process running in Activity Monitor, and I can't shut airport off - it just says searching... and that's that.

10.5.6 is a HUGE improvement compared to the first 10.5 releases. Overall I'm happy, but my Dual 2 GHz PPC G5 froze today. It's been fine after rebooting. As a side note, in order to use 10.5 I did a complete clean install and reinstalled my applications. With other installations I ran into quite a bit of problems, from long launch times to failure to launch certain applications.

New MacBook, took it out of the box, updated 10.5.6. Very stable, I'm pleased. Previously had a PowerBook G4 that was upgrade from 10.4 to 10.5 thru to 10.5.6 and had different problems like Mail.app crashing, losing the airport connection, safari quiting, etc. etc.
Oh yeah, new iMac, took it out of the box, updated to 10.5.6. Very stable.
Maybe clean installs and updates, before installing anything is proving to have greater success.
