Apple's site says that it is included with Leopard, but I don't see it on my HD and it's not on the install CD. Unless it's an option when you install?
Also, is it true that you don't have to erase the drive then partition in order to install Boot Camp?

Partitioning the drive does not erase it. This shouldn't cause a problem unless your HD is almost full. The closer to full the HD is the more of a chance some stray data will be overwritten.

Re-partioning doesn't erase the drive? I'm kinda old school, so forgive me. When I bought my G5 tower, I partioned it into 3 drives. Now, years later, there is not enough room per drive. Would it be possible to partion it back into 1 drive without losing data?
With the GUID partitioning scheme you can partition the drive without erasing the drive by using Boot Camp Assistant on the Intel machines.
You can format for GUID from Disk Utility on any machine though. Go to Disk Utility and click on a drive. Click the Partition tab. Under Volume Scheme choose 2 partitions. Click Options, it will have your options for partitioning.
