Well, just for the heck of it, I downloaded and installed Windows 7 beta on my MacBook. (Heh, it was free!)
So far, it looks ok, a little different from XP (I never had Vista), but runs perfectly on my Mac laptop. I'm guessing that it is close to Vista, as BootCamp installed all the appropriate drivers and so and so fourth.
From what I've played around with so far, it is very stable, and fully featured. The AERO interface is very nice as well, Microsoft did a good job with this one.
But don't get me wrong. There is nothing here that would ever make me want to switch from Mac permanently. Leopard is still by far superior.

I downloaded Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 beta it's free and since Windows 7 is Beta I though they would compliment each other. Kaspersky installs with no warnings and seems to be working well enough. Also where do I find GPU hardware acceleration to turn it on ?
i have it now running via Parallels. i think it's alright. if i am starting up Parallels then i'd still prefer Ubuntu over this Windows beta. but i know that's just because i am partial to Ubuntu and not because it's necessarily better (it is though).
