FB has a somewhat cleaner interface. It isn't as cluttered with sheer gak as MySpace is, although you can if you so desire jam all sorts of crap onto your profile/page.
I run hot and cold with the whole thing myself. My primary concerns remain over privacy, which is why I don't use any of the 3rd party add-ons - all of which of course are intended to provide fun and useful extensibility to what FB offers, at least from the customer's viewpoint - so I feel I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.
