Pssst...There's the 'Print Screen' key on the keyboard just right to the F12 key. Hit that and it takes a screenshot of the whole screen onto the clipboard you can then paste in Photoshop or Paint (blech) or even Word etc. on an existing document. Or in Photoshop you make a new document and it gives you the dimensions of the screenshot right away. Then you just save it. And if you hit 'Alt + Print Screen' it takes a screenshot of the active window.
