I woke up this morning to find that the massive work that MacGizmo, Reboot, and John were working on is now complete. So, the General forum is now gone and redistributed over the new topics.
This was a huge amount of work, and I want to thank these three for the massive undertaking. While I was able to move a couple thousand threads on the back end doing searches, these guys actually went through and read threads to place them.
Please join me in thanking them.
We have a new MacMinute icon for Stan's Lounge, courtesy of Sven as well. Looks great Sven!
Now, the key here is to use the new forum setup, rather than the temptation to do everything in one forum as before. The benefits to the segmentation is that it's easier for people to choose what they want to read, not to mention that it will be easier for us to have experts in each area.
We'll help you remember to do this by moving threads around. So, if you see your thread moved ... that's what happened.
