I sure wouldn't mind having the "Hop to:" forum jump menu positioned at the top of each forums' thread index page.

Why?

I keep one bookmark for "Stan's Lounge" in my Firefox bookmarks bar, because that's where I want to go, 90% of the time. But on those occasions where I want to visit "General Discussion" or another forum, it'd be easiest to be able to use that menu, at the top of the index instead of either A) Scrolling to the bottom, or B)Navigating via the breadcrumb links.

Also...is there some necessity for having to employ the "GO" button after choosing a forum from the "Hop To:" list? Seems to me if a user makes the effort to choose something from that menu, they want to go there. Being required to use the "GO" button just adds a layer of inconvenience.

I don't see an easy way to do these things, but let me talk to Rick.
