Whoa! Smokin', MacBabe! Is Hana Highway the one y'all almost fell off of? My fave, though, is the Keannae surf. And I'm glad you bumped this, I'd forgotten about it.

[color:white]xx[color:blue]I always deserve it. Really.

No, the Hana Highway was a dream compared to that other drive. I'm not sure what that goat path on the edge of the mountain was called. All I know is I'll never go there again. Damn, that was crap your drawers scary. We laugh now but that could have easily been my last day.

The Hana Hwy is a slow meandering drive along the east coast of Maui. The bridges are single lane as well as some parts of the road. There are rock fall hazards as well. Still, it's pretty safe with most of it two lane. Compared to that other "road", the Hana Highway is positively civilized.

I have a photo in Wikipedia. I took a pic of Pee-Wee Herman during the parade in his honor in 1985. The award was the Elmer Award by the Harvard Lampoon. Confetti in his hair.

I added it just last week. Not Hawaii but hard to come by

It's on the Paul Reuben page
