They also have a card for only two drives that is much cheaper. It's a 1.5 Gbps card, like your built in SATA. ok, did the Open Firmware and it works! Finder is behaving just nicely. <br><br>I also pushed in the SATA cables on the board under the HD's just in case. They didn't feel loose but thought that wouldn't hurt.<br><br>I will cancel my Apple Store appointment now! Thanks. I'll give it a day or 2 to see how it performs.<br><br><br><br>my photos
