Target ~ I know it's a Target ad before I see the logo. It makes them seem less like a discount chain and more like a really cool place to buy everything.

Geiko ~ Always funny, and they get extra credit for having more than one theme. The geko, the celebrity and the every man, the cave dudes. I like watching these.

Aflac ~ The duck never gets old. He just doesn't and the barber shop with Yogi is a classic. Plus it keeps Gilbert Gottfried in work and he's funny, too.

Jack in the Box ~ Not lately, but used to be you could count on these being really funny. Screw the food, the ads were entertainment.

Korean Air ~ Hands down one of the most beautiful ads I've ever seen/heard and they haven't changed it in a long time. They shouldn't, it's that mesmerizing.

Earth to Bill and Jerry ~ In each example, I may or may not buy the product but I know what they're trying to sell me. I didn't include the Mac and PC ads, because really, they blow everybody so out of the water that it's not fair.

Disclaimer: All the above are purely subjective. Mileage may vary.

[color:white]xx[color:blue]I always deserve it. Really.

It's all about brand recognition.

Target: It's the red and white. You know it 2 seconds in.

Geiko: Immediately recognizable.

Aflac: Just great and simple. Love the one with the goat.

Jack in the Box: Don't have them here, so no ads.

Korean Air: I've never seen an ad from them, but I have seen their crews at Washington National. Very smart dress and oh, so 50ish/60ish airlines luxury implied - high class.

Earth to Bill and Jerry: Never saw one of those.

Apple ads: Yeah, you know right away who it is.

The new MS ads: Huh?

Well no Targets here - so no ads
I do like the Gecko the duck and the antenna ball guy - as for Korean Air I never seen their ads either , even if there are more Korean BBQ places and Korean bars here you could shake a stick at.

Then theres that message of when Jerry asked bill about a delicious new MS-OS Bill wiggles his buttt <- so those that mean another "turd"

I know one I HATE and that's the NetFlix ads on the radio... the quiz show ones.. they're Stupid !!! insulting... I turn the radio down or switch channels each time they come on !!

I agree the Apple Ads are TOPS. very clever..

David (OFI)
