I was talking with two middle-aged women today, one from Illinois and one is from Virginia.
I said to the woman from Virginia that Kaine may be Obama's veep choice.
She said she didn't know much about Kaine.
She said that Hillary will be nominated at the convention.
I said yes, that is to appease Hillary supporters.
She told me that Hillary will be the democratic nominee.
She said that the race was so close and this will put her over the top.

I give up. I can't argue with that logic.
Thank goodness McCain is the Republican nomination or Obama would probably be beaten.

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.
i have yet to meet a Hillary supporter who has embraced Obama.

i am convinced that the best and worst thing that Obama could do is to choose Hillary Clinton as his VP.

--
[color:red] Kansas Jayhawks -- 2008 National Champions
No wonder everything has to be reduced
to what will fit on a bumper sticker.

"Jest TELL ME Who to Vote For!"

[color:green]"...or am I a butterfly that's dreaming she's a woman?"

[color:blue]the best and worst thing that Obama could do is to choose Hillary Clinton as his VP

Without her, half the Democrats will not vote for him. With her, half of the electorate still won't.
The man's done like dinner.

Now, had this match-up been done a few months ago, it might have worked wonderfully. But back then, all those generation XYZ-ers were on a romp and didn't want their Mom in the White House ..... ;)
