Porter Barry, Bill O'Reilly's "producer," visited here last month, catching Syracuse University chancellor Nancy Cantor off guard on a campus sidewalk and rudely questioning her about some issue with some professor. I didn't like it. First of all, the issue was quite obscure---I'd never even heard of it, don't even remember what it was about now, and second, I thought it was completely unmannerly and since I think Nancy Cantor is a very good, enthusiastic, community-minded and community-helpful chancellor, O'reilly's ugly little glad-to-be-of-service hack really pissed me off.

So now I see Porter Barry tried to ambush Bill Moyers and 1) it didn't work very well and 2) Porter ended up pretty stressed, running away from a questioner himself.

http://crooksandliars.com/2008/06/08/fox...icine/#comments
