If people reading this have NOT registered at the one forum, and do not care to register there, . . . .

Why don't you make your preference for TWO forums right here in this thread ??????????????

I say TWO, because if you prefer one, you're probably already over at the one forum and can do so there.

If two forum format is not important enough -- if you do not give a rip one way or the other -- then one forum can stay one forum and everyone will be happy with their forum choices.

Eh, I didn't want to go somewhere that had to change simply because *I* was becoming a member. I'd prefer to go somewhere that already segregates their politics – I feel like there'd always be some built-up resentment towards the folks who preferred it that way...

Does that make more sense than my first response?

[color:red]Work With ____!
Sense . . . sure. But I think that forum is new enough that there wouldn't be any resentment about changes.

[color:red] [color:orange] [color:yellow] [color:green] [color:blue] [color:purple]

I've always liked the one forum fits all plan, but that simply doesn't work for some folks, so I have no problem keeping my oatmeal separate from my whiskey.

I'm sure things will get worked out in the near future and we can all congregate on common "ground."

Doesn't happen often but I agree with you.

It would appear the majority who were quick to sign up at the new place did so because they like that format. I say that's good for them. I personally hate it and I'm not about to go wading in there and ask that they change things to my preference. That's what happened when a few very vocal and selfish (IMO) members did when they came waltzing over here. There's only a handful of them that will push the limits if it's decided to go with more than one room. It's those tiny few that will make things unsettled. One person in particular is too drug addled brained to even know where the hell he is half the time.

No thanks, I'll go where rules are already established and the members respect them.

No thanks, I'll go where rules are already established and the members respect them.

OMG! You're a closet Republican! JK, hon. (is that OK?)

I just want a place that is comfortable to as many as care to join. If that means several fora within one site, so be it. I have no problem with that. I'll simply meet folks where ever they are most comfortable. I don't mind keeping multiple tabs open.
