There will not be much talk about Rev. Wright any longer.
I expect Obama when asked about Rev Wright to say he has already distanced himself from Rev. Wright and leave the subject.
Not sure if/when Rezko or Dohrn will come into play.

But it's McCain move now. Hillary is HISTORY!

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.
"He appeals to 25 year olds and the ignorant equally.'

If you count his appeal among the igorant as a plus for electability then I see no way of he can lose. The preponderance of ignorant people (ignorami?) is the only way I can find to explain Bush's reelection.

I mean the rub for me is that the Bush administration's 2nd administration pales in comparison to the damage done in it's 1st administration, yet NOW people are waking up and giving him the lowest approval rating in the history of approval ratings? Yeesh, talk about the power of ignorance.

We are what we repeatedly do. -Aristotle

i don't believe we've seen the last of that stuff, but i also look at the evidence that those stories aren't working against Obama. and republicans saturated the recent special election down in Louisiana with Obama and Wright stuff trying to attach it to Cazayoux (the dem running in a heavily republican district) . . . and Cazayoux won anyway. but i agree, republicans don't have anything else to try so we'll have to see that stuff. personally, i don't fully understand the Rezko stuff. i know that Obama sat down with the editorial board of the conservative Chicago Tribune and they came away very impressed with his responses on the topic. but, i didn't read that full interview and i have no clue what Rezko did wrong other than i think it was linked to fraud in real estate or something. I've never heard of Dohrn and the Ayers story lasted all of a day with Obama more or less distancing himself from the guy as just someone he loosely knows.

i think McCain is the weakest candidate we've seen from republicans since Bob Dole. the latest polls out today show Obama beating McCain by 11 points and this is in light of the fact that we've spent weeks talking about Rev. Wright. that's just amazing to me. wait until Obama starts running pro Obama ads and Moveon.org starts telling the story of McCain leaving his disabled ex-wife and introducing the Keating Five scandal to the public.

--
[color:red] Kansas Jayhawks -- 2008 National Champions
