I can't believe Hillary signed on to that BS... whopping $40 over the whole summer **... whoa... while the highway funds gets whacked, and more bridges collapse like last year... and it doesn't address the long term issues and there's no guarantee the customer will see that 18¢... yada yada yada..

**Kinda like buy 20 - get 1/2 one free !!

David (OFI)
Did you hear McCain on the subject? It began with his recognizing, tacitly, how small the sum would be, saying that given the hard economic times it wold be a good things for parents to have a few more dollars to buy some back-to-school supplies for their kids, or for a couple to go out to have dinner out so they could forget their troubles for an evening. And the next thing you know, he's talking about how people who might lose their house to foreclosure can use the relief. No logical connective at all between the two statements.

The more I hear McCain, the more I think that he's just not ready for prime time.

[color:red] [color:orange] [color:yellow] [color:green] [color:blue] [color:purple]

McCain's mind is deteriorating apace---who knows what he'll be like in the fall?

Of course, that particular factor won't influence the voters, even if he descends into certifiable dementia. After all, Obama stopped at a bowling alley, and he is NOT a competent bowler.
