How many deep ends doe it take before somebody declares Limbaugh certifiable?

[color:blue] . . . When we get to Denver and the Democrat National Convention, and you look around, and you're a delegate, the person next to you could be mine. The person sitting next to you in your delegation could be an Operation Chaos operative . . . They will be told how to vote by me, depending on their number and the closeness of the final vote at the Democrat National Convention in Denver.

Caveat: The transcript is from Rude Pundit's site, but this particular post is good to go, kids can read this one over your shoulder. Did Rush really say the quoted part? Even if he didn't it is pretty funny. In order to scare the Democrats or rally his troops he states: [color:blue]
"We have several qualified information technology experts. They run our website, our communications ... "

We are doomed I say doomed!! Rush is taking the pimple faced geek who has written the code of his god awfully confusing web site (yes I have visited I feel so unclean) and is depending on this kid to create super secret decoder rings which his agents will carry into the Democratic National Convention!

Pretty funny. I love conspiracies. This is a good one. I love them so much that I will make one of my own.

Today, Saturday March 29, 2008 Clear Channel is holding back dividends to its stock holders for the first time. Why? Because today Clear Channel isn't worth nearly as much as it was worth a week ago. Clear Channel was going to be purchased for 19.5 billion dollars but that deal is now going nowhere because the banks who were going to float the paper are nervous that they will be losing their shirts.

Now everyone is blaming the whole big lending debacles (see Bear Stearns) which has lowered the rates so much the lenders in this Clear Channel deal will be hosed.

But I declare something else is afoot. You see Clear Channel is the driving force behind Rush Limbaugh syndication. They eat breath and sleep as one. When Rush declares US soldiers who are against the war "phony soldiers" it is the CEO of Clear Channel who defends him.

Ah, now Clear Channel not paying dividends is starting to make sense. The banks see Clear Channel and Rush Limbaugh as something that is not worth nearly as much as they were worth months ago so they are pulling the plug. Clear Channel may even do a spectacular nose dive like Bear Stearns and be not worth 19.5 billion but 19.5 million (Rush's salary).

You heard this theory here first. Clear Channel fell 40 cents today with the "no dividends for you" news. If you have Clear Channel stock you better sell it Monday morning when the bell rings as the realization that Rush, Operation Chaos, and Clear Channel, are toast.

The Federal Reserve rushing in to bail Clear Channel out like they did with Bear Stearns will not be possible because it would be seen as bailing out Rush Limbaugh (see phony soldiers). That would be too outrageous even for this administration.

Y'all surely don't think I believe Rush is more of a threat than, say, winds gusting up to 40 mph over the vast acreage of a turkey farming operation.* But this time I wonder ~ does he laugh up his sleeve at the prospect of making Dems nervous with this lunacy, or is he finally beginning to buy into his own delusions?

He's probably just playing Boogie Man to amuse himself, but ya gotta wonder.

(*If you've never stood downwind of a turkey operation, you haven't ever really had a near death experience. )

[color:white]xx[color:blue]I always deserve it. Really.

it's one thing to tell supporters to vote for Hillary in an open primary. fine. that can work.

but to get a significant number of dittoheads into our convention is just silly. if they could even get 1 in i'd be impressed and chuckle it off.

Rush is like a 75 mph wind ....

blowing over a 20,000 head pigfarm just after a thunderstorm....

DON'T get caught down wind !!

the stench is bad enough, but it also makes your eyes water to the point you're totally blind !

David (OFI)

In reply to:

He's probably just playing Boogie Man to amuse himself, but ya gotta wonder.

I'm beginning to wonder if the Democrats can pull it off this November.
Here in the 'Heartland' , Rush, the Boogie Man, is making an impact.
He has a huge supportive audience that can make a difference (and he knows that). Just recently Rush uttered a remark to the effect that a Democrat-controlled congress would introduce new gun control legislation.
Speaking of a hornets nest!!

[color:blue][/b]Hodie mihi.
