You're welcome, Dave. Easter is a bittersweet day for me. The Easter before my Dad passed away, he was here at my home for Easter dinner. He was already quite ill from cancer by that time, so when we realized he was missing, we were alarmed. We looked all over the house for him, and couldn't find him. That's when I went outside to go looking for him and found him looking at my empty vegetable garden on the side of the house. He was smiling, looking around at our little house and yard. That's when he told me that he could die a happy man. I'm sure he's with Jesus now because he got his work done.

Happy Easter!

hmm, I believe that last time the sound file played alright on the system of a few other guys as it did on my own but for some reason not yours. The trouble is that because of the issues I have with Apple over my .Mac account I've been using photobucket for file-hosting but it doesn't seem to work very well with QT. So this time I produced a QT movie in Keynote which contained a slide show of words with embedded music but because the graohics didn't render properly on the forum I made the file invisible so only the music would play. It's working fine on my system but if its causing problems for you or anyone else, obviously I'll take it down.

km

Let's get this figured out, then.

Zip up the file you're trying to display here, and send it to me:

phosphordigital [at] gmail [dot] com.

I'll toss it up onto my Comcast space and embed it using the code I always use.

Let's see what happens.

"This is not here."

I'll be interested to see what happens. I had the same result as Phosphor.

Maybe its working on G3 systems such as mine but not later? Looks like the Flash plugin is different for Intel and Power PC.

km

It was/is a .flv file. I don't see that in QT's MIME types.

Well, all I did was create a Keynote File using QT and upload it to Photobucket - the code itself was provided by them, allegedly for posting on forums.

km
