#3478 - 03/03/0208:09 PMTool/filter/application for glassy/aqua-y effects
I'm far from being a graphics artist, but when I dawdle around playing with icons and iweb graphics, I think it would be cool to have the ability to make some of those cool 3D glassy/aqua-like effects that, say, Cingular's thought bubbles do on their commercials.

I'm not looking to manipulate Aqua icons - just to find the effect or filter or whatever to do them in. Anyone know what tools are out there?

Just what I needed.
I know I'm going to overuse it but everything should look wet, blue and cast a shadow. I had just received the directions for doing this in Photoshop and got a migraine.
Much easier. Thanks.
