Anonymous Unregistered	I'm far from being a graphics artist, but when I dawdle around playing with icons and iweb graphics, I think it would be cool to have the ability to make some of those cool 3D glassy/aqua-like effects that, say, Cingular's thought bubbles do on their commercials.<br><br>I'm not looking to manipulate Aqua icons - just to find the effect or filter or whatever to do them in. Anyone know what tools are out there?<br><br>
