my first presidential memories are of Carter as well. ah the good old days. <br><br>actually, in early elementary school i remember voting in class and i voted for Ford. i think i picked him because his name was the same as our car. but Carter won that election . . . so technically i guess i remember the Ford administration. <br><br>*side note barely related -- my office now looks out at the Ford presidential museum. meh.<br><br>

Being from Michigan you might want to double check that museum. That might actually be named after your car as well.<br><br>
