I haven't used omniweb since I put jag on this unco-operative demon of a mac. So I tried it this am and I got this joyful message
OmniWeb 4.1 Your bookmarks are already being used on this machine "local host" if you open a bookmrk file which is in use by another running copy of OmniWeb you may damage its contents. it gives 2 choices( open anyway) ( open read only) It never showed this before I installed 10.2 Could some one interpret this please, becouse it's all greek to me!!

I'll be out after New Years !
Did OW crash the last time you used it? If so, it's simply marked as being open. It does this in case you have two copies of OmniWeb running. If both try to edit the bookmarks at the same time, you could have problems.

But if you are only opening it once, just click "Open Anyway" and the message will go away.

It's a code bug that OW's had for quite some time. I used to get that often in earlier versions of X. Ignore it. Better yet, as others have suggested, switch to Chimera. You'll like it much more than OW.
