I've been working on a presentation for a colloquium I'm going to be giving at a university not far from where I live, and finally I'm done. Hooray for me!

I'm having a little fun with it too. The subject is all high seriousness, all about ethics and Milton's Paradise Lost--heavy stuff. So I've divided the presentation into five parts, and each part begins with a subtitle from five of the songs from Damn Yankees. On the Keynote, at the beginning of each part, I've put in brief clips from the songs, each one remarkably apt for the subject matter of the paper. I really really hate high seriousness and hope that all this stuff lightens the mood a bit. I guess I'll see what happens!

   

Anything involving baseball and Faust has got to work.

So, does Lola get what she wants in your presentations?

[color:blue]I always deserve it. Really.
