I used to root for teams that always always lost. Everyone thought they were nice teams. The Red Sox and the Pats. Now all they do is win and everyone hates the Red Sox and the Pats. It's much more fun to be hated.

Run up the score. You're funny. The Pats took four knees at the end of today's game.

As for the Redskins and the Dolphins, you want them to take a knee the entire fourth quarter? Half speed? That would be even more humiliating than continuing the spanking.

The Pats took four knees at the end of today's game.

They were up by three - would you suggest Brady throw the ball and risk an interception? Believe me, Bill would have done it if he could.

[color:purple]Work With ____!
I was being ridiculous. There are times to take a knee. The last four plays of today's game would be a good time. Taking a knee when you are up by 40 points would not be a good move. It would be embarrassing for the spanked team.

The running up the score complaints are ludicrous. You have to field 11 men against 11 men on the other side. If you haven't looked lately those 11 men are various very large sizes. They can kill someone if their opponent isn't taking the game seriously. Like playing half speed. You can do that in high school and even college ball. Not pro football. Unless you want a bunch of hurt linemen.

You play the game to score points. You do anything possible to keep your offense out there. Playing the game half assed so your defense is run back out there is ridiculous.

They'd just better be careful towards the end of the season. A team with nothing to lose might do some ugly things to a quarterback who continues to throw it down the field up by 35 with 5 to play.

Bill's pissing off the rest of the league, although Pats fans may not want to believe it.

[color:purple]Work With ____!

The Pats were up 42-7 at halftime against a team that was 0-7 (Miami).

We can argue about whether its dickish to continue to go for it on 4th down in a game like that, but you are full of crap to think that isn't a good time for your second-string players (defense included) to get some field time and to basically work the clock. That's not what they do. They go for "F-U" touchdowns; they've said it themselves. Classless and dickish.
