I went to a new Mac-centric site called My First Mac and found these instructions for right clicking with a track pad: [color:blue]Apple has long been criticized for making Macs with only one button mice and trackpads, but did you know you can still use a second button to "right-click"? For your new laptop this secondary click is done by tapping two fingers at once. You can enable this by going to System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse > Trackpad and checking the box next to "Tap trackpad with two fingers for secondary click.". But my Control Pane has nothing about tapping with two fingers. Is that a MacIntel thing?

SideTrack will give you a load of nice extra trackpad settings on a ppc mac. It even lets you set your trackpad button as ctrl-click, which still isn't an option on intel macs even as a 3rd party app, as far as I know. I used SideTrack very happily until I got my MBP.

- padmavyuha

[color:purple]A lopsided man runs best along the little side-hills of success
- Frank Moore Colby

Fair enough - though it's cheaper than a new macbook

[color:purple]A lopsided man runs best along the little side-hills of success
- Frank Moore Colby
