OK i got it today and went to run it and why does it open up OS 9?? It says on the box its for os X.2 and before. So why did it boot up os 9, is this normal? OR am i doing something wrong.<br><br>Thanks<br><br>

You're not doing anything wrong. The current version of DiskWarrior only boots into system 9. Alsoft is working on a new version that will boot into OS X.<br><br>

Disk warrior is very much worth it's weight in gold, it has saved me a few times in the past. The newer version was pretty close to coming out soon, you may be able to get a free update for the newer version when it's released. you should check with Alsoft.<br><br>

If you have only one unpartitioned HD, it will do it all at the same time. If the HD is partitioned, or if you have two HDs, then you'd have to do it once for each partition or drive.<br><br>Great wits are sure to madness near allied.--John Dryden, "Absalom and Achitophel"
