Well, see...even when faced with that and not knowing exactly what was causing it, we figured it out! How's that for easy!<br><br>And..what's even cooler (to me), is that we did a clean install (meaning we wiped the hard drive clean then installed) of OSX 10.2 and I was worried that he would lose all the apps (iDVD, AppleWorks, etc) because we didn't use the Software Restore discs. BUT...after installing 10.2, we put the S.R. discs in and boom..it installed all of the apps, even OS9! So easy and simple!!<br><br><br>[color:red]Don't make me open this on you!</font color=red><br>
