Most you know what I do. All of my Trade Contractors are having problems finding decent employees who can pass the basic employment application.<br><br>Some examples this week.<br>1 - Trade Contractor ships in 10 guys from California - all 10 did not pass the drug test and were shipped back <-- I would have tested them first before I flew them over but that was not my call = DuH<br><br>2 - Trade Contractor takes 4 applications for Siding Installers. After running a social security number check 3 turned out to be "illegal aliens" and the 4th turned out to have acrophobia and would not fly inter island.<br><br>conversely illegal aliens.<br>3 - Trade contractor hired a "grade checker" from Canada a very skilled position and very rare to find anyone thats qualified . This guy worked here under a VISA then went back to Canada to renew his VISA <-- Red Tape is stopping him from returning to work and this guy is trying to be legal and follow the rules - go figure. Anyone here knows a person that is a whip with GPS vertical and horizontal modeling ?<br><br>

I'd come over in an instant, except for two things:<br><br>1) I really like living in this part of the country (S.E. PA); and<br>2) I don't know the technology.<br><br>Hard to believe there are so many idiots who are given the chance to move to Hawaii to work, and aren't able to chill out enough to pass a whiz quiz.<br><br>IDIOTS!<br><br>
