Is there a way I can take control of it from my computer over the internet, and have her watch as the mouse "magically moves itself" around and does what i'm trying to tell her?<br><br>is there a cheap [read: free] alternative to Apple Remote Desktop? can i use her ip address and username/password?<br><br>

You'll need two licenses - $179. If you configure TB2 correctly at both ends, you'll be amazed at the performance and ease of operation it provides. I've been happily using it for over 7 years. It even provides audio chat while in use.<br><br>- alec
