What's wrong with it?</font color=blue> - renovation or restoration cost could easily be over 20 to 50 million over the 4 million price tag. - ahh just to bring it to todays building codes. <br><br>I am assuming since I have not looked at what is currently installed in that building and possibly the building itself structurally is not up to code. Older buildings are always white elephants .<br><br>
They are estimating about $20 million for renovations...plus there is a back tax bill for a few hundred thousand. <br><br>Back in the 1980s, it was a nice, upscale area with nice shops and restaurants.<br><br>_______<br>
