Yes, that is me quite a few years ago (1975). I am walking in a field and there are objects on the ground. What are they? <br>No, they are not cow or horse patties. Outdoorsmen should recognize them.<br><br><br>

Are they those green things that are all bumpy? the proper name in my country for the objcts biggerfoot pictured is "Custard Apple" very tasty too. This is more of a tropical fruit.<br><br>

The articles in the photo look to me to be Chokoes. Sechium edule oalso known as Chayote : pear shaped , hard and lumpy, green, tastes rather bland but mixes well in cooked dishes .
