I second what was said, it's clear and easy to navigate.. I also like the changing colors in the mouse-ins and outs.<br>What do you plan to give visitors that would quickly take them from one section to the other, without going back to the main page? A quick navigation toolbar?<br><br>
Looks good- only one tiny suggestion for someone who may not want to hunt down their particular section's square:<br><br>Put plain text links on the bottom, in alphabetical order, of all the sections above- so someone can easily look quickly and see where they want to go...<br><br>Otherwise- nice look! I would center the entire think is in a table so it's always centered on the page. Also, the images need more optimization the rollovers took quite a while to load before they could be used - and I have a cable modem connection.<br><br>[color:red] Kiss My Banana!</font color=red><br>Visit me here!

I like it ! Especially the way the colors come to life when you mouse over them!! The only thing is what Lori pointed out.Just change the dietary advice and thats it!!
