Speaking of "wish we hadn't gone," I find this, U.S. Warns Iraq It Won't Support Sectarian Goals, maybe the most pathetic thing we've done since the invasion. Not that I'm in favor of sectarianism, but gee whiz, it's their damned country, and if they vote for a sectarian state, shouldn't we say that that's the way the democratic cookie has crumbled? Or is this a way to get the hell out of there and "save face"?

Whatever we end up doing is bound to be a blunder. We've made our own Catch-22. We're damned if we stay, damned if we don't stay. Damned if we say ok to a sectarian state, damned if we say it's not ok. Damned all around.

[/liberal hysteria]

. . . . . Here's lookin' at [color:red]you kid.

Which ones? Organizing a unified voice within the Democratic party is about as futile as herdin' cats.

[color:blue]And I'm the one that jaded you . . .
Hey YoYo52 !!

Yeah this just shows that we don't really believe in Democracy...
it's more like Dictatorship... our way or NO way !!!

I agree it's THEIR country, but we never meant it to be anything else but our puppet as before when Saddam cooperated! He was just as brutal then, but he was "ours"... so that was OK !!

Bush should be IMPEACHED for this mess and his other lies and dealings!!

David (OFI)
&[censored] and his thugs would adopt it? Helll no !
(3) IF they had a 100% sure plan, dip-wad would find some lame excuse to dismiss and dis it... just like their lame excuses for invading!

They only thing they can do is get control of Congress first,
then maybe in 2008 the WH and then change the policy.
They can't do crap being the monirity party... let's be real.
And foreign policy is set by the President not Congress... we're looking at 2+ years at best !!

Sadly this is a long shot.

David (OFI)
