Ok, this I don't get. To deny The Holocaust, you'd have to be a bit whacked. To publicly promote your POV, you'd have to be as ballsey as you are whacked. And to publish a book on the topic... well, fee speech and all that.

But to be tried in a criminal court? And sentenced to 3 years in prison???

I give this guy no quarter for his beliefs. And I'd probably shout him down if I heard him give a speech. But prison? Hullo?

What makes the sentence even wackier is that the guy has recanted, apparently. No matter, though

. . . . . Here's lookin' at [color:red]you kid.

What's nuts is the law on the books there that he allegedly broke. I guess free speech isn't.

I'm gonna deny being short. See ya in 3 years!

Well that's wacko.... kinda like the nuts who believe the moon landings were filmed in a studio... in Area 51 !!

David (OFI)
I hear local muslim groups are a bit confused too. They see printing heretical cartoons of their prophet is an exercise of free speech, but this guy gets locked up for exercising the same right.

- This is gonna get pretty interesting.
- Define "interesting".
- Oh, God, oh, God, we're all gonna die..

Can you imagine our own SkinHeadNeoNazi population's reaction to the enactment of such a law here? They'd scream bloody murder for the ACLU, the ACLU would defend them, and god forgive me, so would I. Against this "thought police" law. Nothing else.

[color:blue]And I'm the one that jaded you . . .
