I am using Chimera and have not had any problems. There is an article in December's Macworld about browsers and the writer rates Chimera the best, but to each their own!

"The day people stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them." Colin Powell
I still find Mozilla to be the best browser myself. But, to each his own as you say. Chimera could be once it has a few of the things missing that Mozilla has, yet without becoming the bloatware that Mozilla is. Like the reload all tabs feature that I rely on a lot. Mozilla is damned fast on my dualie 867, so speed is not too much of an issue compared to Chimera (though it is somewhat faster no doubt).

i like chimera.

it just crashes sometimes. sometimes it does not start at all - when that happens, i simply go to user / library /application support / chimera / predefined user (or something like that) / .. / .. and TRASH the history, and cache folder. after that it works.

i dont like mozilla or OW or IE .. in chimera the only thing i miss is "COPY URL OF IMAGE" and "OPEN IMAGE IN A NEW TAB" ...

otherwise.. i like it

Giaguara
