I see that the protesters were on Walmart's property. I believe that Walmart has every right as a property owner to decide who can and cannot be on their premises. It should have never gotten to the point of altercation however. If I were the walmart manager I would have politely asked the protesters to leave and if they did not comply I would have called the authorities and had them arrested.<br><br>

My reply to your original post was more of a property rights debate. Rather than whose property was being violated. As a property owner you are entitled to certain protections under the law. <br><br>These had to be some pretty mean spirited people. Handing out what appeared to be gifts to children and they were only empty boxes. And the result is getting the kids to cry. That really works in getting their point across. <br><br>
