There is a lot of speculation about Alito and whether he'll try to overturn Roe v Wade. IF he is confirmed and IF he does "try"- he'll be going against public snetiment. <br><br>WHat's interesting is this poll on Abortion . I know a Poll, but looking at the broader strokes.. it DOES give one some indication. What I find interresting is only 16% say it should be totally banned... and 56% say it should be legal "sometimes" and 26% always legal. <br><br>I fall in the 56%... It shouldn't be 100% banned/ illegal, but some practices (late term) should be curtailed or attempts to reduce them exercised.<br>And the rights of the woman and her circumstances always considered.<br><br>I just thought the poll results were very interesting, and was surprised by the low # of "never legal".<br><br>David (OFI)<br>
