This is VERY easy. First, what browsers do you use? Second, open your browser with all the favorites (from withing classic) and open the favorites window, then do an export. Then, in OS X, you can do an import of favorites. I am assuming you are using IE, since you called them "favorites" and if so, you can go system folder:preferences:explorer:favorites.html and import that file, then you don't have to do an export at all.
