A woman, played by Sigourney Weaver, struggles with the guilt she feels after her friend's child drowns in a pond while under her care. There is more to it than that, I just don't want to give away too many details.

There is no action, or twists and turns, but its very touching, a good feeling at the end. Weaver plays it well, and IMHO, she carried the entire movie. Although, supporting acctress was good, and whomever played her husband was good too, but it was mostly about her and how she handled everything. Other events make the situation worse, while she continues to make peace with herself and her family.

WHen you're in the mood for a nice light, but very touching story, its a good one.

For all you Macdudes, it probably leans more towards a chicky flicky. I still recommend to all, male or female.

I refuse to be tricked into watching this obvious "chick flick". In fact, I don't watch any movie that doesn't have swearing, violence, nudity, and adult situations in the first 15 minutes of the movie!

[color:red] Kiss My Banana!
Visit me here!
