My local branch of the city library (of which I'm a trustee, mind you) has had several similar incidents in its book drop. The book drop of my school's library has had people peeing into it. In fact, the campus cops caught one young fellow in mid-pee one night. Not one of our students, as it turned out.<br><br>I like that "national security" edge to the letter. It gives it a really surreal touch.
