I got the new norton utilites when i got my new mac G4 and i was suprised that the new norton didnt have crash guard is there a reason for this, and can i still get it. I liked it because on my old mac when it was going to freeze crash guard stoped it from freezing and only closed that one progam.

I haven't used Norton for three years or so, but as I recall, crashguard tended to cause more crashes than it prevented. I'm not surprised that it's out of the software package.

And that's true too.--Shakespeare, King Lear
