I really hate ESPN and I really hate that MNF is moving over to ESPN.

They are soooo in love with on-screen clutter . . . the ticker, graphics here, graphics there, constant, constant, constant close-ups, split-screen interviews . . . It's just awful.

I wish there were a pay-per-view channel where all you got was a full, uncluttered screen, no graphics, aside from the occasional down and distance graphics and the score every once in a while.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * *
I [censored] bigger than you.
What would be ideal would be if you could split the broadcast between two monitors, like we can do with Photoshop: Working image on one, Palettes on another.

Big screen has the good basic coverage of the game. Monitor two has all the stats, replays, comments and analyses from the talking heads, etc.

With digital signals these days, it shouldn't be that difficult.
