Haircuts around here cost between $6 and $14.. That would not include a shave or any other thing, just a haircut.. I just want to know since I was shocked when I heard that some charge between $200-$300 in Beverly Hills.

How much does it cost in your area?

---
www.waleedsgallery.biz
I go to a Salon thats owned by 2 old Korean ladies thats been there for like 35 years. They charge 12.50 and I give a 5 buck tip. This is cut Only, no shampoo or massage and not even a save. In fact only a few old time "Barber Shops" are still around and those are the only ones that would even offer a shave and scalp massage, the best you can get from Salons here is a shampoo

My sons & I usually hit the shower before exposing the barber to our heads, hehe.. So, shampoos are almost never needed..
Ok, still the prices are close.. Anybody from Beverly Hills?

---
www.waleedsgallery.biz
The Salons here that do give shampoos includes that in the pice, so you get a shampoo if you like it or not. Hence why I always pick the Stylist with the biggest Boobs but I got tired paying the 30 bucks. I'll stick with the Korean old ladies for 12.50

There's a big difference btwn a barber and a stylist. Even in Manhattan, a plain old haircut won't go past $15. I go to a little hole in the wall on W23rd that's run by a Russian guy and a couple of his sons and nephews. $12 + tip to get a close clipper cut, beard & eyebrows trimmed, and a quick but very relaxing scalp message. Been using these guys since '99, and you better believe that was my first stop the day after we moved back here.

From the time I was a toddler until I was in my twenties, I went to an old-style barbershop around here that charged $3 (I always gave them $5, making the tip $2.) One old guy was liberal, the other conservative. It was like getting your hair cut on the set of 'Crossfire.'

Since my hair started falling out, I just have a relative shave my head with a pair of clippers I bought at Wal-Mart for $20. Free haircut!

Mom (retired cosmetology teacher/administrator, then beauty shop owner) cuts mine for free.

Problem is, I hate sitting still for a haircut, and the stray clippings put a ferocious tickle on my nose and face.

I want a FlowBee so I can do it quickly, any time I want, with no stray hairs to tickle my face or to sweep up from the floor.
