Yes and 22 refers to the caliber.<br>Rugers are beautiful pistols for target practice. Highly accurate. <br>22 caliber models are not armor piercing however.<br><br><br><br>
The following is more information than most people need to know...<br>Police used to have and maybe they still carry 38 specials.<br>Even a 38 is too light a caliber for shooting people.<br>Problem is a 38 will kill people but it will not put them down immediately.<br>The problem with that is there were actually times when a person although technically dead was able to fire off a round before hitting the ground.<br>A 357 magnum will put you down. You will not be firing back after being hit with a 357.<br><br><br><br><br>
