Actually, there's a law in LA that says if a cop can hear your radio 50 feet away, they can ticket you.
But, do they enforce it? Noooooooooooooo. I'm stopped in traffic with the windows up and my car rattles with every boom boom boom of the base. I would love to duct tape the trigger on a air horn and toss it in to the back seat of their car.

Only ticket you? I thought they could beat you with their flashlights and empty 200 rounds of handgun ammunition into every building near you.

We all do what we do for the same reason: because it seems like a good idea at the time.
_________________________ I used to think it was terrible that life was unfair. Then I thought what if life were fair and all of the terrible things that happen came because we really deserved them? Now I take comfort in the general unfairness and hostility of the universe.

The Christmas bazooka.

For many years now, I've been asking Mrs. Stumpy for a bazooka for Christmas, so anyone going down the street with that "super-bass" on that makes my ears vibrate inside my closed house can get theirs.

She keeps buying me socks and books and records and stuff. Oh well.

[b][color:green]Stumpy[b]

It really is immaturity...some people just never grow up.

When someone is 16 years old, they think they can do whatever they want because of their imagined "right" to do so.

What people don't realize is that there is such a thing as consideration for others, which not many of these little punks today have.
