This was sitting outside our house this morning:<br><br><br><br>It didn't have any markings, made of metal (has rust), has lights, place for license plate and appeared to be for road use and not a Shrinners cart.<br><br>

It does have two seats, the passenger rides behind the driver. I was guessing a 1950s-60s European car too.<br><br>

Hummm, could be a Vespa, looks pretty close. It did not have a passenger seat...may have been removed though.<br><br>Neat site!<br><br>
