Not sure yet, but I might skip the upgrade altogether if it looks like I can afford a G5 sometime this summer. Doesn't make sense to drop a buck-thirty when Tiger will be pre-loaded on a new machine a couple of months later.<br><br>

That makes sense. Though, if you were not keeping your current mac, selling it with Tiger would help it I think.<br><br>

That's like giving away $130. I have a '01 Quicksilver 733 that probably wouldn't fetch much more than a $300-$400. Tiger wouldn't add much value to it.<br><br>

Unless I decide to keep the old one for emergency backup, I'll probably do what I did with the biege G3 this one replaced: blow it out and donate it to my daughter's school.<br><br>
